The management and personnel of South Steel Investment and Development Company (SSID), which is active in the field of offering engineering, commercial and investment services at steel market, are decisive to take benefit from the ISO9001-2008 quality management to promote their services qualitative and quantitative levels through the following ways:

• Continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system effectiveness through compilation of instructions, implementation methods, performance of interior audits, holding strategic meetings, and reviewing the management.
• Increasing profitability of the company through active participation in the available working fields in the steel market by taking benefit from efficient man power, modern technologies and relevant researches.
• Increasing customers’ level of satisfaction through promoting the qualitative and quantitative levels of the services rendered by the company for the customers.
• Promoting the level of capabilities and efficiency of the employees through offering specialty trainings, job satisfaction and their participation in the process of decision making and targeting of the company.
